Our approach
We aim to follow established web accessibility practices, including semantic structure, keyboard-friendly interaction, visible focus states, sufficient contrast, meaningful labels, alternative text where appropriate, and responsive layouts that remain usable across devices and zoom levels.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing engineering and content responsibility. PortalServexa will continue to be reviewed as features, content, authentication experiences, and tenant-facing modules evolve.
Deaf and hard-of-hearing access
We are planning support pathways that make important product information and assistance more accessible to Deaf and hard-of-hearing users, including text-first communication and appropriate signed-language resources where available.
Language access
PortalServexa is being designed for future language localization. Where translated experiences are offered, we will work to keep navigation, forms, notices, and essential client-service information understandable and consistent.
Need assistance?
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the PortalServexa website, contact Full Stack Tech & Solutions through the Contact page and describe the page, task, and accommodation you need. We will use that feedback to help resolve barriers and improve the experience.
