These baseline terms govern use of the PortalServexa public website and platform. Commercial subscriptions, tenant deployments, or specialized services may also be governed by separate written agreements.

Platform ownership

PortalServexa™, its platform architecture, branding, software, interfaces, documentation, and related proprietary materials are owned or controlled by Full Stack Tech & Solutions LLC except where third-party rights apply.

Permitted use

Users may access the website and authorized platform areas only for lawful purposes and in accordance with their assigned account, role, tenant permissions, and any applicable service agreement.

Account responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for activity conducted through their accounts. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly.

Prohibited activity

Users may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, bypass access controls, misuse another tenant’s information, introduce malicious code, or copy or exploit proprietary software except as expressly authorized.

Availability and changes

Features may be changed, improved, suspended, or replaced as the platform develops. Maintenance, provider outages, security events, or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.

Third-party services

Some platform functionality may depend on third-party providers. Use of those services may also be subject to provider-specific terms and policies.

Commercial terms

Pricing, licensing, implementation scope, support obligations, service levels, and tenant-specific requirements should be documented in the applicable order, subscription, license, or services agreement.
